We aim to provide high-quality digital services. Since website development involves dedicated time and customization, refunds are limited and evaluated individually.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund available only if project work has not started and request is raised within 24 hours of payment.
• Domain charges are non-refundable once purchased.
• If unsatisfied with design, revisions are offered — not refunds.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Design shared or development work started.
• Client delays due to missing content or approvals.
• Client changes mind after project start.

Refund Process

Email refund request to [email protected] and include:

• Registered email ID
• Order ID / Invoice number
• Reason for refund

Timeline

If approved,refund will be credited within 2–3 business days via original payment method*.
