Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality digital services. Since website development involves dedicated time and customization, refunds are limited and evaluated individually.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund available only if project work has not started and request is raised within 24 hours of payment.
- Domain and hosting charges are non-refundable once purchased.
- If unsatisfied with design, revisions are offered — not refunds.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Design shared or development work started.
- Client delays due to missing content or approvals.
- Client changes mind after project start.
Refund Process
Email refund request to gapwebinfo@gmail.com and include:
- Registered email ID
- Order ID / Invoice number
- Reason for refund
Timeline
If approved, refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
