At Gap Web, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, once an order has been placed and development work has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Order Cancellation Rules

• Cancellations allowed within 24 hours only if project has not begun.
• Once development starts, cancellation is not allowed.

• Design shared / domain or hosting purchased.
• Client delays project for 10+ days.
